Virginia is the Vice President of Corporate Partnerships for Medalist Sports. For clients such as the Tour of Missouri and The Dempsey Challenge: A Journey for Hope she helps to create entitlement programs, proposals as well as execute the fulfillment of all national sponsors' benefits. She manages the VIP hospitality program at each of the host cities for all sponsors and VIP's. She oversees the daily awards program, Health & Wellness Expo and the production of all Tour signage.

Prior to working for Medalist Virginia was the Client Relations Manager of the 2004 Tour de Georgia.  She coordinated the development, preparation and execution of 40 plus multi-tiered sponsorship contracts to ensure contract fulfillment.  She was also the project manager of the 2004 Dodge Tour de Georgia souvenir piece that was distributed to Tour spectators throughout the state the week of the race.  Virginia interacted with clients and utilized excellent organizational skills to arrange and coordinate special events during the 6-day event throughout Georgia as well as overseeing VIP hospitality at all 11 host cities.

Before working for the Tour de Georgia Virginia was involved in the hospitality industry as an Assistant Manager at a local wine bar in Atlanta, GA, Lo Spuntino. At Lo Spuntino she oversaw daily sales operations for both the wine bar and retail store.  Virginia was integrally involved in the design and rollout of weekly promotional material including print advertising, free standing inserts, point-of-sale materials, coupon and weekly wine dinners. She helped to create and maintain the client database with internet-compatible software while also controlling all inventory.

Virginia graduated from Georgia State with a BA in Communications, entering the hospitality field right out of college.
