Planning and Execution
Comprehensive planning for new events begins with building a successful framework for your community and participating committees. Medalist Sports oversees all technical and operational aspects of events, which include course design and permit process, creation of course maps, venue construction and security. Operational support includes securing hotel accommodations, athlete/participant meals, meeting and auxiliary space requirements, event transportation, catering, and credential/access control programs.
We manage the entire project and oversee all functional areas from budget development, leading event meetings and site visits, creating event timelines, weekly communications, and more.
We provide oversight of the event venue selection process, venue/host city selection and adaptation, negotiations of contracts, risk management assessment, execution of venue requirements and facilitating agency relationships.
We develop course maps and routing, venue designs and more, as well as generate the guidelines and partnerships to ensure safety is foremost in the event equation.
